A major construction milestone has been reached at the ONE project: the final – and 88th – pile has been installed.
Each pile has been driven to a depth of 42 meters, ensuring exceptional structural stability and long-term foundation reliability.
The use of two different pile types further enhances the building’s earthquake resistance, enabling the structure to withstand seismic activity of up to magnitude 8.
This progress marks an important step forward in the development of ONE and brings the project closer to its next construction phase.
