Stay&Rent: First-Floor Slab Poured – Construction Now Rising Above Ground

A major construction milestone is now complete: the entire underground level of our 22-storey residential complex is finished. With the first-floor slab poured, vertical construction has officially begun.

• 100% completion of the underground level with parking
• 1,085 m² – area of the monolithic first-floor slab
• 300 m³ of B30-grade concrete
• 76 tons of high-strength B500 rebar

We are proud to maintain European-quality standards at every stage of construction. All reinforcement is pre-bent and pre-marked off-site to ensure maximum precision and minimise material waste. This approach ensures exceptional structural quality – and remains uncommon in our region.
