We have successfully completed one of the key stages in the construction of the ONE residential complex – the pouring of the foundation slab.
Project scale in numbers: • 320 tons of reinforcement installed in the foundation structure • 88 piles, driven to a depth of 42 meters, ensuring resistance to seismic activity of up to magnitude 8 • 48 hours of continuous concrete pouring • 350 concrete mixer trucks involved in the process • 2,800 cubic meters of B30-grade concrete used • Foundation dimensions: 56 meters long and 16.5 meters wide • Foundation height: 2.4 meters
Construction continues at the project site in the heart of Batumi. The upcoming stages include stripping the formwork and beginning the vertical structure.
